Listo vs Quore verdict
If engineering and housekeeping need one home for work orders, PM schedules and inspections, Quore is the stronger choice. If the problem is the minutes between a guest asking and a named person accepting, Listo was built for that gap.
The verdict
Quore keeps the hotel's records, Listo moves the live request
Based on Quore's public site at the time of writing, Quore is an all-in-one hotel operations platform that puts every department in one app. For maintenance and housekeeping records it goes much deeper than Listo does.
Listo is a real-time request layer. A guest scans a QR code or a staff member taps a button, Smart Dispatch routes the request to an assigned and available person, and an unanswered request escalates to a manager. For hotel service optimization measured in minutes, that routing step is the part to compare.
Quore vs Listo at a glance
Most operators who look up Quore hotel software want two answers: what it covers, and whether it also runs live guest service at speed. The table compares what each company markets on its own public site as of October 2026. "Not its focus" means a capability is not described on that product's site, not that it is impossible.

What Quore does for hotel teams
Quore gives every department in a hotel one shared app. So what is Quore, in plain terms? Based on its public site at the time of writing, Quore calls itself the Hospitality Orchestration Platform, says it has served hotels since 2012 and reports more than 120,000 users across thousands of hotels.
Inside a hotel Quore account, the work splits into four modules, and Quore sells them together rather than one at a time:
- Engineering: work orders opened and closed on mobile, a preventive maintenance calendar with custom PM templates and auto-triggered work orders, asset tracking, and boiler, meter and pool chemical readings.
- Housekeeping: custom cleaning inspections, deep clean tracking, inspection scoring, room notices and lost and found.
- Front desk: guest request and complaint logging, satisfaction callbacks, log sheets for wake-up calls and key sign-outs, and a digital log book for shift handoffs.
- Management: more than 96 standard reports, multi-property dashboards, budgets and an approval flow for capital expenditures.
Premium apps sit on top of that base. Cleanings Plus adds digital breakout boards set by time or credits and alerts housekeepers on their phones when rooms are ready to clean. Quore Connect lets guests text the hotel by SMS and turns those texts into work orders or requests. Quore also lists PMS integrations, ChoiceADVANTAGE and HotelKey among them, plus several guest messaging partners.
As of October 2026, Quore's pricing page shows an average of $171 per month with unlimited users and devices. Room count and the brand or management company shape the final price, add-ons can cost extra, and the contract runs one year before moving to month-to-month. Quore says it works with more than 800 management companies and more than 100 hotel brands, IHG and Marriott among them.
What Listo does for hotel operations
Listo gets a request to the right person fast and proves it was handled. It is a real-time workforce communication and service execution platform for frontline teams, and it runs in hotels and resorts as well as stadiums, venues and enterprise campuses.
The flow is short. A guest scans a QR code in a room, cabana or lobby with no app download, or a staff member taps a request from a phone, tablet, desktop or Samsung Galaxy smartwatch. Smart Dispatch routes it to the assigned and available team member, who accepts with the green check or declines with the red X, then marks it Complete. If nobody answers, Listo sends reminders and escalates to management. A live dashboard shows every pending, in-progress and completed request.
The Listo for hotels page names three use cases: room service and housekeeping, cabana and pool service, and restaurant and bar operations. Guests can request housekeeping through Listo, and staff get automatic notifications when rooms are ready for cleaning. Even so, Listo is not hotel housekeeping software in the inspection and breakout board sense that Quore is. It is the channel that gets a towel request from room 412 to an attendant on the fourth floor, with an accept and complete timestamp on the record.
Pricing starts at $29.99 per active user per month, with unlimited locations, QR codes and task requests per location. Analytics on response times and request patterns export as time series data.
Hotel operations software compared side by side
Hotel operations software tends to do one of two jobs, keeping records or moving live requests. Quore is built around records, and its engineering half belongs to the family of tools covered in maintenance management systems explained. Listo is built around the live request.
Picture the 3 PM check-in wave on a Saturday. A guest in room 812 finds no towels, a family at the pool wants their cabana cleared, and the ice machine on six stops working. In Quore, the front desk logs each item or a guest text becomes a request, the assigned team member gets a push notification, and escalation alerts follow if it sits. In Listo, the guest or the room attendant raises the request directly with a scan or a tap. A named person accepts it, and if nobody does within the set time, a manager hears about it before the guest calls down again.
That difference is the speed question in the title. Based on Quore's public site at the time of writing, Quore sends push notifications and escalation alerts on guest requests, escalates requests not completed promptly to management, and reports a Response Time from posting to start. It does not describe an accept or decline step, where the person receiving a request claims it or turns it down. Listo starts from that step, because an open request and an unclaimed request look identical until the system can tell them apart.
Maintenance runs the other way. Quore schedules PMs, triggers work orders from them, tracks assets from HVAC units to room furnishings and logs boiler readings. Listo keeps none of that history. A Listo request can tell an engineer the ice machine is down, but the repair history and the next PM date belong in a system like Quore.
When Quore is the right tool
Quore is the right tool when the hotel needs one system of record for maintenance and housekeeping. As hotel maintenance software it covers the work a chief engineer is judged on, from PM compliance to asset history and readings.
Choose Quore software if you need to:
- Run preventive maintenance on a calendar with custom templates, and have each PM open its own work order.
- Track assets and record boiler, meter and pool chemical readings over months and years.
- Put front desk, housekeeping and engineering on one hotel work order software platform with a shared history.
- Score housekeeping inspections and build digital breakout boards in the same app as engineering.
- Report across a portfolio, with budgets, capital expenditure approvals and dozens of standard reports.
- Connect a supported PMS, such as ChoiceADVANTAGE or HotelKey, so room status syncs.
If you are also weighing HotSOS or a general CMMS, our piece on hotel maintenance software compared sets out the three categories. None of the jobs above is Listo's, and we would not suggest otherwise.
When Listo is the right tool
Listo is the right tool when the delay sits between the request and the response. It works as hotel task management software for live service, where every request needs a named owner within minutes and silence has to reach a manager.
Choose Listo if
- Let guests in rooms, cabanas or daybeds request service with a QR scan and no app.
- Route each request to an available staff member who accepts or declines in one tap.
- Send a request nobody accepts to a manager automatically during a check-in or pool rush.
- Keep staff hands free with requests on a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch.
- Run one request tool across a hotel, a casino pool deck, a suite level or an amphitheater.
Choose Quore if
- You need work orders, PM schedules and asset history in one system of record.
- Housekeeping runs on inspections, scoring and digital breakout boards.
- The front desk relies on a shared log book, log sheets and lost and found.
- You want listed PMS integrations and reporting across a portfolio.
The clearest hotel example is Great Wolf Lodge Niagara, where 24 private cabanas sit inside an 80,000-square-foot water park. A manual flag system missed requests before Listo. Listo reports a 30 percent increase in cabana service revenue, a 9 percent increase in guest average spend, 4.6 out of 5 guest satisfaction and response times of 1 to 2 minutes, per the Great Wolf Lodge case study.
We have a 4.6 rating of five for satisfaction. We have a great response time, anywhere between a minute and two minutes.Eric Van Bussel, Director of Food & Beverage, Great Wolf Lodge Niagara
The pattern holds beyond hotels. At TD Garden, where Delaware North brought Listo to 90 premium suites in 2024, Listo reports 1,472 completed guest requests in 6 months at an average response time under 5 minutes.
Running Listo alongside Quore
Listo and Quore can run side by side, each doing its own job. Listo publishes no integration with Quore, so plan them as two separate tools.
A workable split looks like this. Quore stays the hotel management software of record for engineering and housekeeping, holding PMs, work orders, inspections and log books. Listo takes the live requests where minutes matter: a cabana asking for the check, a guest asking for towels, a room attendant flagging a spill outside the elevators.
Then decide the handoff. A request that is finished once someone shows up, such as towels, a tray pickup or a cabana refill, can live in Listo from start to finish. A request that turns into repair work, such as a failed PTAC unit, still needs a Quore work order so the asset record stays complete. Nothing syncs between the two, so the person who accepts the Listo request opens that work order by hand.
Set escalation timers by area, too. A cabana guest who can see nobody coming needs a tighter threshold than a lamp in a room that sits empty until tomorrow. Our guide to escalation management explained covers how to set those clocks and who should receive a stuck request.
Listo vs Quore FAQ
What is Quore used for in hotels?
Quore is used to run hotel operations from one app across front desk, engineering, housekeeping and management. Based on Quore's public site as of October 2026, hotels use it for work orders and preventive maintenance, cleaning inspections, guest request logging and reporting across properties. Its published average price is $171 per month with unlimited users.
Is Listo hotel maintenance software?
No. Listo is not a CMMS or work order system, and it does not schedule PMs or keep asset history. It is a real-time request layer that routes a maintenance, guest or housekeeping request to an available staff member, records the accept and complete steps, and escalates a request nobody claims. A hotel can keep its maintenance system of record running next to it.
Can Listo handle housekeeping requests?
Yes. Guests can request housekeeping by scanning a QR code with no app download, and staff can raise requests from a phone, tablet or smartwatch. Listo routes each one to an available attendant, who accepts it and marks it Complete. Staff also get notifications when rooms are ready for cleaning. Inspection scoring and breakout boards are housekeeping-system jobs that Listo does not cover.
